The account didn't register correctly. Call customer service and they'll get it fixed for you, no charge.

Pat Patrol,
You have previously tried to register profiles and would need to have those cleared up for you to properly set up your Self Serve account. Call customer service via *611 from your koodo phone or 1-866-995-6636 from another phone to assist you with that.
I am having the same problem over and over and over. It's my understanding that when you call Kodoo, there is a charge for this? Well, if it's not the user's fault and the website is a dud, how can they charge? I just switched providers and this is not sitting well with me. I keep getting to the change e-mail screen every time I attempt to log on. Any suggestions?

there is no charge for asking questions or fixing your self serve login. The service charges are only for changes that can easily be made through self serve as they are meant to encourage customers to do so, freeing up agents to help others with issues that can only be resolved by customer service.
OK, tyvm for your reply. New to Koodo and frustrated :(
