Tried to log in too online self serve. Current public mobile customer. Got the confirmation email. When I click it says “this email is associated with another account and they are awAiting permission.

You'll need to contact Koodo directly by sending them a Private message to their FB page or Twitter account where they can verify your account and reset your self serve account for you. You've signed up with a different email then your trying to use now or something along those lines
