I have not been able to log in for the past 2 weeks. after 1 attempt it says it is locked after 5 attempts. I need to change my user name and password. but I can't until I log in

I got the same message but I had only tried once to type my password. I tried to touch " forget password", but the cursor disappears so I can't type in anything to reset my password.

When you click on "forgot" your cursor disappears? Try clearing your browsers cache or try another browser. It should work.

Were you also locked out from self serve?
If the site has some glitches, then you need contact Koodo.
Send them message through FB or Twitter.
I clicked on forget password, then it askes me to enter my email so it can send me a recovery email. ANd this is what happens when I do submit my email

Are you sure that the email you're entering is the same as what's registered on your account Patrick?
I'm unable to find an account linked to the email you're using here..
Is the account under your name? If so, can you share the last 2 digits of your phone number, and I can try to assist?
