Log in not working for me too, Koodo fix this

Log in not working from any browser or app (tried everything humanly possible, only option left is that your website is just not working, and I cant pay my bills). 

From ANY browser or device I get the redirection loop or an error of temporary no service which goes on since one month ago...from the App I get told that "the account manager for this account needs to approve your request for access"

Is why you have that issue. Who's name is the account under? Is it yours?

It would make sense. But he tried diffrent browsers, even the application. If the account manager grants him access and it still doesn't work, next step would be to call in to solve the issue

Yes I registered it by my name, but when you have to log in on the app you just need email and password so if I have to authorize the app access from the website, I'm still stuck because I cannot login....do I have to call 611 from my phone? is the call free?

Francesco, you will have to call and there is no charge to fix. The challenge is that there are multiple email addresses on the account one hotmail and one gmail creating a conflict. Please direct message us on Facebook as it's likely easier than calling.

Tell them you tried through different browser and still system does not allow you to  log in. They will help you and no charge for this call.

About the multiple email addresses the point is that I created the second one because the first was not allowing login...I'll try with fb thanks
