I was simply trying to log into my account to set up payment instructions. I entered my email address and the password I'd given intittially, but it would NOT accept it. After a few tries I was 'Locked Out'. How can I set up a new password and complete the necessary payment options? This is quite frustrating indeed. Making me wonder why I chose to go with Koodo, as I've had nothing but problems from the beginning.
