locked out help please

Hi,
I got myself locked out of my self-serve and I am on hold for customer service for over an hour now. I did ask to reset password about an hour ago and I still do not have that email (hence the reason I got locked out). I am travelling and I wanted to change my local plan to Canada wide. What do I do????

If the wait on phone is long, you could contact Koodo through their facebook (https://www.facebook.com/Koodo) and ask them to reset your password. They will respond to you later.

I finally got to talk to a lady after 2.5 hours of waiting and she hung up on me while I was explaining my problem. WHAT THE HELL KOODO?!?!

There is really no other recourse than to use the call back feature again :(

What I usually do, is ask the digital assistant to give me a representative. This number usually bypasses the waiting line (I think)
