nearest koodo location i can go to so i can discuss my billing prices seems that when i try to get it straightened out by phone it never gets done correct want to have it explained to me by a person standing there and showing me, very disappointed in the service, nearest intersection markham and kingston road scarborough ontario

I do agree that face to face interaction is a good way to discuss issues on your bill and change your plan properly. The issue you'll face is Koodo shops (and retailers) still can't change your plan themselves... but they can call channel support to get stuff done. I have extremely limited account access other than activations and upgrades managing a Mobile Shop, but I've successfully done ToRs, plan changes, suspended/unsuspended lines due to theft or loss, gotten Tabs adjusted, checked spending cap eligibility, etc. All through a phone call. A little extra effort goes a long way to a happy customer. :)
