Can you give more details looking in page 3 of your bill? It'll explain it all there. But if you went from one not unlimited talk plan to another, you'd have minutes pro rated to the number of days you had each plan. So 500 at 15 days would give you 250 minutes. If this time period you used 300, you'd be charged To minute overage.

"free air time is part of unlimited evening and weekends" is strange. Who would need free stuff for something already unlimited? I think OP should check previous bills to find out if 220minute is really free. It could be a glitch when he changed his plan.

OP has 500 min included on his plan.
The Ebill is showing "Included 442 minutes", and "Additional 120 minutes".

I'm not sure why he was charged extra 120 min instead of 62 min.  Additional min should kicks in after he used up 500 min...

Mayumi, the OP changed plans during the month, thus the 442 minutes. Depending on the calling pattern, it is possible all the minutes were consumed BEFORE the change, thus not using any minutes from the NEW plan, and not adding up to the expected 500 minutes.

mac,
Because you changed your plan on September 1 your plan was prorated, and you had 25/31of your monthly minutes to use in August. About 442 minutes. You had another 58 minutes from September 2 to 6. If you used more than 442 daytime minutes in August, or more than 58 in September, then you would see an overage on your daytime minutes. From the document you posted, it appears all your calls occurred before the end of August.
