I would like to talk to someone as I am shopping.. allot of people want my business and they actually talk to me... Waiting till 10 AM to call is not convenient.

Koodo can actually talk to you too. Just call when they are open. You can also go to any Koodo kiosk or authorized dealers such as Mobile Shop and speak to someone in person instead of over the phone. Since most malls open at 9, there is more convenience for you.
I used all my data this past month and I start the new cicle today and I still don't have data ...how come?

If your billing date is on the 6th, that means your data resets on the 7th.

Hey Preston -  your plan includes 500 anytime minutes, and you went over that bucket. That's what the overage charges are for. I would suggest taking a look at your bill for the full explanation, but it appears that your Self Serve account isn't set up. You can do so by going here, and selecting 'Register. You'll need your account number, so if you don't have this, shoot us a private message on Facebook/Twitter, where a rep. can validate you as the account owner and help set you up.
