Like many sites online, they have live chatting services with specialist/employees to help serve customers better and faster. Well Koodo should create a live chat service to help Koodo customers with shorter questions or inquiries which would save the customers more time instead of having to call the customer service or visit a Koodo shop. This would be a great idea since it would help create for a more positive customer/user experience overall!
