Koodo should have Live Chat Customer Service

Like many sites online, they have live chatting services with specialist/employees to help serve customers better and faster. Well Koodo should create a live chat service to help Koodo customers with shorter questions or inquiries which would save the customers more time instead of having to call the customer service or visit a Koodo shop. This would be a great idea since it would help create for a more positive customer/user experience overall!

Michael,

That's possible, but with the 611 office hour real time phone tech support and a SEVERAL dozen VERY informed people on this site the Koodo customer seems well supported to me.

On the other hand, you may have a valid point. Apparently FIDO has chat service.

Has anyone had experience with both Koodo and FIDO customer service?

Please don't double post. Answered in other thread:

Sign in to self-serve. Change your plan to "seasonal hold". $15 per month to maintain your number.

Sign back in when you need service again and re-new or get a new plan.

Just one warning: if you currently have a plan that is no longer available, you will not be able to go back to it. Must choose from current offerings.

Bon voyage.

even knowing there is a lot of people who have knowledge about the services, phones, plans and etc, it could be good to have a chat as well !

If you didn't change from your baseplan and only added 100 minutes, then that's fine you don't need to do anything.
you can't get rid of the 100 minutes or get your money back for them.
If you did change your base plan, you'll want to wait for next month to change back or you lose the money, you can do this by calling *611 and listening to the voice prompts, or by signing into your self-serve,

You can start a new thread and tell us all the details you can about your cell phone not working. :)
