I have been with Koodo for a year now, my wife just switched to Koodo last Thursday. She received a text stating her bill was ready Sunday. That same Sunday I tried to link our two accounts. To the best of my knowledge, I completed the process successfully and at the end had a messages saying I would get an email of confirmation. Today is Tuesday and I have received no such email. Is this a normal amount of time to have to wait? Should I try again, if I do is there any chance her account will be linked twice with mine, and her bill will be charged to us twice? Thanks.
