Hello, I am trying to link an account. How is the person supposed to be contacted. Tried it again today and indicates it has been rejected.

Under my profile I want to add my wife's phone and billing information under linked account. I tried to register her account but said my email account is registered to my account and cannot be used in conjunction with her account.

Thank you for clarifying, that's really odd. Can you confirm that her current account is on a different email address and you entered her first name, last name, and Koodo phone number correctly?

It initially indicated my wife would be contacted for verification in order to link the accounts. expected a text or email but did not receive either.

If you checked the email linked to her account (incl. SPAM), I would suggest contacting Koodo's customer care at this point.
