LGQ6 poor quality

I've been on hold for over 2hours ,You can't browse for the answer. LGQ6 and the wife's LGQ6 cell phones keep going no service at the same time. I was going to be on call this weekend but no cell service I lost out on making extra money. Time to pay off the tab and jump ship!!!!!!!

If both phones had no service then it's probably not the phones your just in a place with no service.... Did you try moving 20 feet in any direction?

Hello Ken,

I'm so sorry to hear about your phone doesn't work properly.

Is your phone doesn't work only in specific area? if yes, maybe that area is the dead zone for our network and it still can be happen even after you upgrade to new phone.

But if that happen constantly from everywhere, then i wanna suggest to try troubleshooting through our customer service.

if troubleshooting doesn't help, you can request to repair from closest koodo store or kiosk with your one year warranty.
It's gonna be free as long as you have warranty and also you can get a loaner phone while your phone is away for repairing.

There could be an outage in your area.  Try asking friends and family with Telus/Koodo if they are able to connect.

Also, try to give your phone a restart to see if that helps

I've done everything. Can call out then incoming calls goes straight to voice mail. Going to get two new LGG6 phones today. LGQ6 phone's have the highest level of failures. Koodo knows this. Free upgrade

No..it's not on do not disturbed. Software update last Saturday. Then again earlier this week. Koodo knows about this. They are upgrading to LGG6 . still under warranty but they are not broke. Unreliable phones

Maybe it's a bug related to the software? Have you checked if other people have the same problem?
