LG Nexus phone frozen

I have had the Nexus 4 for about 3 weeks and it has worked fine today however I went to unlock it to use it and the screen did not open I know it does not need charging it has not been dropped the notification light is flashing but I can not open the screen to check or use it. It doesn't help that you can not remove the battery to reset the phone. Can anyone help me please

Do you have a Koodo shop near by? If so maybe bring it there to have them look at it.

I've never had a non-removable battery phone so I don't have many suggestions. All I can think is to try plugging the USB into a computer and see if it causes something to happen. Waiting for it to die would suck.

This is my biggest fear from moving away from Samsung and getting the Nexus 5. It's ridiculous that the battery is non-removable.

Usually, holding the power button for about 10 seconds reboot the phone. The phone manual has that procedure clearly explained..

Just tried still the same I will take it back to Koodo and see what they say
