Are you asking how to do so, if you can do so or if we want to do so?

Go into settings - Then under wireless & networks section click on more settings.- Then click on tethering & mobile hot spot. Turn it on & set up the password.(to get to settings click on the words wireless hot spot if the is no settings area)
Once you make the hot spot then scan for wifi with your laptop or whatever you want to connect & enter the password you made from the phone.

You arnt charged extra for tethering with Koodo its straight like you were using your phones data. *keep in mind that laptops will take more data then your mobile though.

Also, if you use it with the computer. Be sure to disable any background update (virus database, windows updates, etc.) They could eat up alot more than you might expect. I'm passing the word so people don't make the same mistake!
