Koodo won't comment on what phones they are getting till a week or two before they're available. Keep an eye on their Facebook page and here as that's where they make new device announcements. You can bring any unlocked phone to Koodo that's compatible with Koodo frequencies so you can buy it from anywhere & I'd check out expansys.com, I've bought unlocked phones from them before and they were at my door the very next day of ordering & I had no issues.

Just curious what makes you want the G2 exactly

I don't think Koodo will carry the LG G2. Just a hunch on my part based on past phones. I DO think they will carry the Nexus 5, which is going to be made by LG and essentially a copy of the LG G2. A premium phone for what will likely be less than premium full price is ideal for a carrier like Koodo. I'd just wait for that if I were you.

The Nexus 5 does not have the battery of the LG G2 though 2300mAh compared to 3000.Stand by time on the Nexus 5 is around 12 days. Recorded up to 34 days on the LG G2 (depends on the model. Some are around 29 days)! Nor does it have the camera. 8 vs 13 megapixels. The Nexus' cameras are crappy (I know I have a Nexus 4 and the camera SUCKS!) Those alone make the LG G2 far better in my opinion. They both have Snapdragon 800 and a quad core 2260 MHz, Krait 400 processor plus the LG G2 has 32gb of storage while the Nexus 5 has only 16 (you can buy 32 from the google play store at full price). The LG G2 is superior.

The G2's specs are beastly and the thing is fast, with a great camera (sometimes over exposes shots) and good battery life. Buttons on the back is a unique design choice and the Knock on feature is awesome. Huge, bright, sharp display in a relatively small chassis... It basically does everything right. The only issue is the interface/software. It's pretty ugly and cartoonish at times. Stock or HTC Sense are far better UIs.

Koodo more than likely won't get it. I know you want to use your positive Tab but... Koodo never gets high end phones not made by Samsung or Apple. :/

If you want, you can buy mine? :p
