LG X Power dropping calls in my OWN APARTMENT (416/905 border)

I have never had a problem with my LG X Power and yet today it dropped THREE calls in my OWN APARTMENT. Is this a new glitch from Koodo, and if not, how do we solve it? I don't appreciate being unable to speak with a live human about this, BTW

Im a live human.

I recommend restarting your phone first

If a restart doesn't work, I recommend throwing the phone by the window and buying a new one! Nah, just kidding. Take the SIM out and try it in another phone.

There might have been a problem with the network in your area. Did that occur before or it's the first time?

What happens when you are outside?  Any connection issues?

Are you getting less bars for signal?

The calls are being dropped from inside the apartment building, as I made clear earlier.

Not what I said.
Reception in the apartment is important but not crucial.

But this has never ever happened before.

There are many possible reasons for your dropping calls.
- Network issues, you said the signal was fine before, and you mentioned you could make/receive call. And the signal was fine outdoor
- Phone problem, it could be the phone attenna, that caused disruption intermittently
- Software changes, some software upgrade, VPN profiles or Voiceip could change phone behaviors.
Not sure what happened, but I suggest you test your SIM with another phone, reset your network settings, or even back up and restore your phone to factory and see if those solve your problem.

How many bars did you get inside before?  How many bars are you getting now?

I never paid attention to my bars in my own home.
At present I have 2-3 of 5.

2-3 should be fine to make calls. Hmm
