Shouldn't. Make sure it's updated to the newest version of Android and that all apps are updated.
Still happening try clearing it up your system cache.
Still happening back up your personal info and perform a factory reset.

Lg us junk until perhaps the LG g6. Does it only happen during calls? You can factory reset it after backing up your info.

Keeps freezing, rebooting at anytime or during calls, I bought this phone online from koodo. I have been with koodo like 10 yrs and have bought numerous phones. But this ones awful. freezes all the time and reboots it seems whenever it wants. even during calls and today during a call with a lawyer it reboots. Im sick of this!!!!! I bought this on jan 17th, I haven't contacted koodo because I get charged like 25 bucks and have already been charged for a call that went no where. I have a tab of 360 bucks and cant use this junk

it is up to date!

Ive done factory resets and still same results. sometimes it will say battery is fully charged even if its actually only 15 percent charged. its crazy with whats going on

I had an LG 3 before this phone and it worked great but I dropped it and it went to phone heaven and thats why I got the stylos.

I'm looking at the link you send (thankyou by the way) but its about iphones I think. I live like 4 hrs nearest store but I will look into a mailer. Will see what happens and post results. Thanks again

The phone must be still under warranty. Sounds like its a lemon.

I don't know what to do even if its under warranty. Every time I contact koodo it costs. Last time I called them it sent me to a dead end and hung up on me and 20 or 25 bucks again. So frustrated

Can you elaborate on 20/25 bucks again for what? You only get charged for aksing a rep to do something that you can do yourself in self-serve. If you went to a dead end and nothing was done for you, then you should not have been charged for anything. See above what I posted for the link to follow for options for using your warranty.
