When I put my LG G6 on my wireless charger at the beginning it would ding and tell me it was charging, but now it stopped (still charges but no ding and showing me); I don't know if it has to do with a setting I might of change or maybe a theme or icon pack I installed but if anyone know how to check this out can you please let me know.

Some wireless chargers are quite particular about phone placement in order to make the charger work well. It's more likely that this is an issue with your charger. Do you have access to another wireless charger to see if it works?

Are all the volume sliders up? Sometimes it may seem like you have the volume at max but really you just have your ringer.

Go into Settings, Sound & Notification, Volume, and then turn all the sliders up.

Nope as in the volume sliders aren't up? If so turn them up. You will see something like this:

Also, do you have do not disturb turned on or a bluetooth device connected? If so, turn both of those off.

I found that having "Touch Feedback and System" turned down makes the wireless charging sound turn off.

Does it make a charging sound when you charge it normally with a Cord?

I dunno why I capitalized cord.

Settings>Sounds>Charging Sounds
Make sure this is enabled

I have an LG G3 and it can be tempermental with wireless charging. AFAIK, there are no user settings for the beep or charging screen in Android 6.0.

The coils on the phone and the charging base have to be very well aligned and you need a sturdy 2 amp power brick. My set-up worked fine for a while then for no reason started cycling though charging screen and beep, screen off and then a few seconds later repeating the process. Removed the phone from the charger and the following morning the battery had gone from 80% to almost zero. Swapped out the battery for a spare and all was good.

Ended up making duct-tape bumpers on the charging unit to keep things aligned. Works like a charm now, but I'm not convinced that alignment had anything to do with the problem. Both batteries work fine. Must have been a firmware glitch.

There is a receiving coil inside the back cover of the phone and a charging coil on the base unit.

I didn't touch the phone, just put some tape on the base unit so that when the phone is aligned the coils are perfectly centered.

Just an aside, if the back cover of the phone is not properly positioned, the coil contacts with the battery will not be made properly and will interfere with charging, though that's obviously not a problem in your case. Below is a typical after-market set-up.

I HAVE SOLVED THE PROBLEM! The phone must be below a certain battery percentage before it will show up on the screen and make a noise to show that it is wirelessly charging
