LG G5 module is not flush with body... thought thats the way they were until i realize every other one is perfectly aliened  ....  Also, i have to shout for other to hear me.

got it in November 2016 if i'm correct... just thought that the way they were.
How would i go about getting it look at under "warranty"?

Go to your closest Koodo store with phone and proof of purchase. If you cant make it to a store than you can call and ask for a return mailer.

Keep in mind that if it's been damaged due to a drop or something that scratched or gouged the phone and that's what's causing the misalignment it may not be covered under warranty and you'd have to pay for the repair. You will be contacted before the repair is done with a estimate if you are going to be charged though so it's worth trying if you don't think it's because of user damage.

No, it's never dropped. this is how i got it.
how do i go about returning it? also, do they offer a user phone during the repair?
