Is this your first time trying to access it? Do you get an error message?

Hmm. I recommend force closing the app and then trying to reload it.

Could you please tell me how to do that?

Hi Eve, to force close an app, touch the square icon (bottom right, by default), then swipe to the left or right the app you wish to close :) Thank you!

That removes the app from memory but it doesn't force close it.

Go to Settings > General tab > Apps. Swipe left over to the "all" Tab and look for Google Play Store. Click on it one and select "force stop". Do the same thing for the "Downloads" app. Let us know if that fixes your issue.

Thank you for all your help, I ended up going to a koodo kiosk and my phone was reset, seems to be working fine now :)
