I'm having a couple of issues with my new LG G3. Firstly, it doesn't seem to remember the passwords for any of the wireless networks I use, causing me to constantly have to re-enter them manually. Secondly, the Google Maps application refuses to load any maps over wi-fi or data.

The Wi-Fi issue is now a known problem with Koodo SIM cards so they will be patching it once it's available from LG.

As for the Maps application, try rebooting your phone and/or clearing your cache from the app in the app manager.

Okay, thank you for clarifying the first issue. As for the second, I attempted to resolve the problem using your workarounds and nothing is loading. Any other ideas?

If you have lotsa space, try download HERE or MapFactor Navigator as an alternative to maps. Will take about 5 gig of local storage (SD card OK) for all of North America, but you will only require mobile data to be on during an address search. Once your destination is loaded, you can turn mobile data off.

MapFactor is open source, so frequent free map updates are available and is on a par with your typical TomTom or Garmin commercial GPS for basic navigation.
