I went to Koodo Marlborough mall to report my lost iPhone 7 and did nothing. Afar from telling me to call and blocklist the phone

Yup! You can report your lost phone, and suspend it through self-serve from the comfort of your home. Retail staff really have no involvement to manage your account for you.

Hello Charie,

What could've made your experience at the mall better?
I would had expected them to offer their phone so I could call Koodo hotline number since I had specifically told them that I dont have phone and I was at work and no internet access. I was even the one to ask for Koodo's number.
