late payment

Hello. I stopped my phone last month and I got my last bill today. But it said, my amount to pay is 12.80 if I paid until yesterday (7, aug). but normally you guys let me know about my bill through phone. so I expect I will get bill through email but nothings in there so I chekced today by any chance. Then I have to pay additional things?

This is a billing issue. I would give Koodo a call 1-866-995-6636.
From your explanation I dont see why they wouldnt adjust your bill for you

Late fee would be 2% of any past due balance. In this case it would be about $0.25. If you call customer service they can tell you the exact amount due.
