what happens if I do not make my payment on time? is there a late fee or a service suspension?

Hi Stephanie,

Yes there are late fees on the bill and yes your service will be suspended. If you are unable to make a payment on time, you should contact Koodo using *611 from your phone to see if you can be put on a repayment program. You may also want to change your plan to something more affordable.
