last bill

Hi
I already cancelled my account, but I didn't get my last bill and I can't log in to see my E-bill. What should I do?

Why can't you log into self serve to check your account?
Koodo mails you a final bill after the account is closed, how long has it been since you closed your account?

One possibility is that your final bill has not been made yet...but if it has, then I would talk to customer service to get the final amount due.
