Koodo's Improper SMS Bill Notification Procedure

Not really impressed at how Koodo notified me monthly via text about my bill and amount only for 4 months, and then switched to letting me know every other month. They had me used to getting reminded to pay, and then stopped reminding me. Each of the months they didn't text me, I completely forgot. I know technically it is my fault, but I was generally just not impressed with their method. Anyone else?

Hello dear customer.

I've never missed billing notification on my cellphone, And I'm sure that if you call them they will understand and re-imburse your interest rate.

Ps: Activate e-mail notifcation as-well as text messages!

I never had missed notifications either. I get both SMS and email every month. Could it have been a glitch on your phone?

Check your settings in self serve. Go to BILLING/BILLING OVERVIEW/E-BILL and from there pick change bill type/notifications.
