Why does my Koodo Mobile epost bill state I have missed a payment and I now owe double the monthly amount. But when I go onto the koodo website and sign into my account the billing amount is less and my regularly monthly charge.
If you can provide a screenshot of your current bill (private information blocked out please) then we would be able to give you an answer in regards to it. If not then you can always describe what the charges say and we can help with a solution from there. :) Your next best bet is to contact customer service and see what the issue is if we can't help provide an answer.
