New phone can't access internet, apps, or email address or koodo self serve.

I just bought an nokia lumia 520, and ive never been more upset about a purchase in my entire life. I can't access the internet although i connected to wifi. When trying to purchase apps it says i must sign into my microsoft account which it does not allow me to do so i try to make a new one through the phone and live. It tells me to try again later. I try my email address and it gives me an error code FFFFFE70, i give this code to tech support as directed by the error message I get nothing but attitude and they have no idea what this means never heard of it. I then tell them i can't log onto my self serve account they give me a new temp. password. Doesn't work still. so no apps no internet no email address no koodo self serve. not a damn thing but a phone WHICH by the way wasn't even the right phone I intended on purchasing, guy informed me it was the same phone just black instead of green i get home a complete different phone entirely. yet i still tried to make the best of this.

You bought nokia lumia 520, but you received something different phone in the box?
If you just bought it (within 15 days), I would go back to the store and return it. Then you can pick up a new phone you wanted.
