I like to see Koodo as the first company to start unlimited incomings this year

It's available as an add-on for $10, but I don't think it's worth it since even on the $29, if you added $10, you have $39. At that point you're better off going onto the $50 Unlimited Talk and Text plan (no data) or if you're considering prepaid/BYOD, do Telus MTM for $40 Unlimited Nation Talk, text, and CD/VM.

Now getting back to your idea; it would definitely be cool to see since the cost for voice calls has gone down dramatically. This would line Koodo closer to how European prepaid works (except for data lol)

Just have every plan be unlimited voice and we just choose data buckets. Simple

That's just about what the big 3 do except their prices are much higher. I think that's a bit too simple because not everyone needs to have unlimited calls (I know I don't, I'm under 500 minutes every month).
