Koodo should go back to per-second billing

Go back to per second billing...it is more honest and gives the consumer far better value on every plan.

Unless you make alot of calls that are less than a minute it doesn't take that much away & I'm sure the plans wouldn't be as good as they are now if they hadn't of went to per minute. I'm fine with it this way and I know most of the ppl who frequent this forum feel the same way because there has been a couple threads about this subject before.

For future reference search the forum to find out if the subject has already been talked about by using the search box in the top right hand corner of the screen.

Old hat. Although I appreciate Stephen's interest in this subject. We've tried to persuade Koodo to go back to per-second billing over a year ago. Our suggestion along with nearly 700 responses went largely ignored and the initial post, "bring back per-second billing" was quietly archived approximately six months afterward.

I can't see why the switch to a different form of billing would make a rate plan any more attractive. Billing by the minute means that all calls are rounded to the nearest minute. Simply put, this translates into lost airtime.

Nothing really sets Koodo apart from their so-called competition anymore as everyone has adopted per-minute billing. Koodo maintains that this method of billing is the standard amongst wireless carriers today, yet at one time, per-second billing is what attracted the majority of customers Koodo has today in the first place.

I see you're trying to stir the pot again rikkster, but as you know per second billing will not be back and furthermore, to say it "went largely ignored" is a complete lie. Besides employees commenting to peoples replies, there was an official answer.

Also, it was archived because the thread was dying and that's what Koodo does to old threads and this is NOT exclusive to the per second billing thread like you make it appear to.
