Koodo Self serve login : error unable to process request. please try again later.

whenever I try to log in to koodo self serve app on my iphone 4 i get this error saying "we're unable to process your request. Please try again later." Ive double checked my email and password and can login fine when im using the internet on a computer. Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling a couple times but its the same thing.

This happened to me once before, I just waited for a while, and it started working again. I can log in right now without any problems. You might just have to give it some time.

Unistall and reinstall the app also helps.

Try unchecking the "Keep me logged in box".

I believe that was an issue in the past

I have the same issue (Error We're unable to process your request. Please try again later.)

I have been trying again later.... for a month now. Still nothing and i just changed my email and password today to make SURE it wasn't that, but still the same error message.
