I REALLY like Self Serve on Koodo :3 it is so packed with everything I need! I can freaking unlock my phone through self serve and it just charges me on my next bill! No other carrier does that! This is Awesome! :D

Does that unlock via the app actually work? Like did you try it?

Telus my account/Koodo self serve blows the competition out of the water for sure.

Koodo just needs to work on other aspects of their business like their plans, promos and customer retention.

Plans aren't any better than anyone else except Virgin having a 2GB data add-on for $25 on their "Silver" plans (basically nearly identical to Koodo's Tab S), promos can vary by retailer for new activations on gift cards, free warranty, etc. and customer retention is decent enough when it comes to upgrading since our channel support can usually lower Tab balances but rate plan retention award definitely goes to Fido... a lady called last week and got Unlimited/2GB for $55 in Ontario! That's even better than the $56 promo back in Q4 2012.

Another one is from Rogers; a guy called last month and they gave him Unlimited calling/texting with10GB of data for $90/month, qualifies for premium subsidy, and he could basically keep it forever whenever he needs to upgrade.
