Koodo self serve and paper bills?! IM CONFUSED!!!

When I first activated my plan, I asked to have a paper bill. A couple days after I went online and downloaded the Koodo self serve app... I use the self serve just to see my usage. Is my paper bill still activated or will I have to pay online now that I made a self serve account....

Your paper bill should still be activated. You can check it online, but downloading the app has nothing to do with whether you want paper bill or not. You should be fine.

you actually have to click on go paperless to stop your paper bill, and it is useful to have the self serve app as this is now the only way to change your plan for free as it cannot be done at the kiosk anymore.
