Koodo rocks!!

I just got my new phone today and was blown away by how helpful the customer service representatives were! I am amazed at how affordable Koodo is!! So happy to be a member of the Koodo family!

Yeah they rock! Best customer service experience I have had with any company for any reason! Helpful, nice, and man they called me every 30 minutes to let me know where he issue stood...
And when they mess up, they put up!
Have hardly had a chance to even use my phone. Problems with the account and number port. System glitch the rep said. Give us 3 days to fix it he said...
They paid for a second SIM cause they bunked the first one by accident, then gave me another $25 credit for waiting for them to fix the real problem.
Third day, early morning,,, phone is working!!!
Fair is fair and I am now very happy!
Let's hope no more glitches!

I am soooo glad I am no longer a Virgin.... ;)

I agree that it's rare to see companies who screw up but they own up to it. But that's one thing I appreciate. No bs. :-)
