They really did (we can wait and see if they disagree). Apparently it is standard practice when they cannot reconcile their stock. And 6 days later all they can do to resolve the situation is to tell me to wait. I find it hard to believe this company has a community of "fans".
What store did this happen Steve? Shit happens as they say, but the more we point it out their shortcomings the the easier it is for koodo to fix it. I actually beleive they are listening to quite a bit what wea re talking about and they are willing to admit when they screw up. And for that, I'm still a fan of them.
