I am working as an associate with Walmart Store where I buy my Koodo Phone/Plan which Koodo give 25% percent discount but it was not followed correctly. I only used my phone seldom, sometimes only one(1) per billing period and Koodo is giving me problems on acceptance of my payments where I only use one Master Card of Walmart Store. I felt I am gradually consumed financially and unfairly by this Phone Plan, could anybody advice me how to "terminate" this, I am willing to pay the remaining phone price balance. I wanted to get rid of parasites. Please, anybody help me. (Attention KOODO). Thanks.

Before you up and cancel, what problems are you experiencing with payments?

Used to pay with this Walmart Master Card since, but the next payment Koodo do not recognize the same card and payments not accepted and next billing loaded with surcharges and I seldom use this phone now (see phone usage) that is why I wanted to cancel and stop the plan. Help..

You should have spoken to the supervisor, when the Wal-Mart employee discounts were not applied. Also you could pay your bill through online banking when you were unable to pay by your credit card.

You have to call Koodo If you want to cancel your account. (1-866-995-6636 or *611 from your Koodo phone) They will send you a final bill includes remaining tab balance and overage charges if any.

Koodo offers prepaid plans. It might be a better option for you if you don't use your phone too much...
