Just to repost what I had posted earlier since it was removed:

1: We're still waiting on the positive tab balance to be increased. One should be able to accumilate more than +$150.

2: Prepaid credit cards are not guaranteed to work. I just had a customer today try one and it wasn't accepted.

3: Visual Voicemail was wanted for all phones, not just Iphones

4: There has been no communication that this is capable of being done. As far as we as agents are concerned, the account owner is still required to be physically present at the store.

5: This one has been implented.

6: I guess this one was. I don't follow the french community, so no idea.

7: People actually wanted incoming text while in the USA to be free, not just the first text.

8: Not flexible enough as people are still complaining about them.

9: I've used this myself and it works nicely.

10: I assume it is, I haven't looked at it myself.

11: While you do more stuff for new customers, long term customers still don't feel valued.

12: I personally have not received any outage sms notifications

13: Not part of prepaid, no so no idea.

14: I guess it is?

Hey Myke,

Thanks for your feedback. I've listed out all of the links to the ideas on the other post so that should help clarify your questions. We've looked through all of the ideas and assessed them based how much impact it has on our customers as well as our business. We can't always launch ideas because of this, but we're definitely trying out best. We have a bunch planned for the year, so I'm personally excited to see them completed.

Thanks!

PS. Which Prepaid credit card was the customer using? Vanilla and MC Ideal Choice are the only two that won't work at this point. The rest are in our system. As for #4, we have sent out communications about it :)

I don't know who received the communications about #4, because nobody here has.

Hi Timo, I can confirm that the communication went out on Dec 20 to all reps.

I received exactly 2 emails on Dec 20. One was regarding the sale on the iphone 4s, the other was an update on an outage.

I did not receive any emails about this on Dec 20th, nor is there anything listed in Koodo Help about it.

I have been a customer since 2009.

How about doing something for people who are on the tab large plans in terms of data? I pay on estimate 100$ per month and get 1gb of data. There have been absolutely no promotions offering extra data except for the tab small and medium plans. When I call your customer service they say things like "sorry there is nothing we can do. Wait and see if a promotion becomes available" etc, and nothing ever surfaces.

TAB LARGE Plans deserve perks, too. Especially for loyal customers such as myself.

Tab Large plans are priced the way they are due to pressure from Telus. If Koodo offered high subsidies with cheaper plans than the big 3 than there'd barely be any logical reason to go with the big 3 other than phone selection. The whole "perk" of Koodo is having the flexibility to pay more upfront and get the cheaper/value plans because in the end, 90% of situations come out to be cheaper over 24 months than going with Tab L or Robellus.

Well said, Noah! May I make a suggestion? Copy this whole idea of yours and paste it into a new (idea) thread.
That way we can all vote for it, and hopefully it gets implemented! I will definitely be voting for it even though I don't have a Tab Large plan... but I do support great ideas :D

Wait, looks like somebody else sort of has a similar idea: http://community.koodomobile.com/kood...

You're not alone! :D

You would be better off to pay off your tab large, switch to medium ang get access to better plans. The savings from the plans would outweigh the greater up front cost. No one, realistically, should sign up for tab large. I can't imagine koodo would have a lot of people on that. It simply doesn't make sense.

Speaking of ideas, I know the french community is a tiny part of the koodo family but why can't we see these details on the french community ?

An option for more data and less minutes to minimize cost. Why: skype, streaming, long videos/movies/tv shows, online radio. Also better roaming rates for the U.S. for if you go there long term. I'm going there for school next year and I love Koodo so I don't want to leave it!

Maybe make an add on that makes roaming in the U.S. free (esencially) for like $10/month

I don't think they can unless the US carriers stop charging them, which is unlikely.

Get the ability to unlock phones from other carriers. Tons of people would choose koodo if they could bring their phone over. You guys would only be getting more customers if you could unlock any carrier. Who likes being in contracts? no one.

Why would Koodo unlock another provider's phone? the serial number of said phones would not be in the inventory so that will NOT work.
