I'd like the 32GB trim to be available but.... well, we all realistically (and historically) know that only the 16GB will be offered.

Still, great move Koodo :) That's a beast of a phone!

Whoo!

Now for my question: will you let retailers like The Mobile Shop carry this on/near launch or will you restrict it to your stores only for a while? I implore you to let us order it for launch because

1. I'll probably get it myself. If you don't let us have it, then I'll upgrade on Telus instead, so it's not a big deal to me, but:

2. I could easily sell this thing on Koodo versus any other carrier.

I would guess that its not only what Koodo lets retailers get, its also what retailers want to carry. Just look at Future Shop/Best Buy, they carried the Koodo Galaxy S4, but after a while they pulled the plug on it and don't have it anymore.

With that said Im really hoping all Koodo retailers do get the new HTC One, and hopefully right around launch.

SO AWESOME! I want the New HTC ONE M8 sooooooooooo bad, it's the phone dreams are made of.

This would be the type of phone a carrier would give their MVP as the ultimate Thank You ;-) You know because everyone that person showed it to would instantly think very highly of said carrier for giving them such an amazing reward and think to themselves that's a carrier I want to be associated with, I'm going to go sign up with them right now ;-)

I prayed to the man above, wished upon a star, changed around the furniture in my living room to give it more feng shui and have had my fingers crossed since Koodo announced they'd be carrying the M8, something has to put the M8 in my forever grateful and dedicated MVP aka man with the ideas aka man with enough points to be 2 MM's hands ;-)

Ok I'm going to be that annoying person bugging Koodo to please hurry up and release a price and / or release time of the HTC ONE M8. I'm extremely conflicted if I wait for Koodo to release it or purchase it elsewhere. I know this won't be answered the way I want just hope it may light a fire under Koodo peoples to get this info out ASAP. Thanks and sorry for asking just dying to get this phone in my hands

Yeah unfortunately the Camera still doesn't have the detail of say the Galaxy S4 but the colors are very bold and beautiful and the cool camera features seem to be enough to make up for it. I really wish they would have had dual camera's but have one cam the ultra pixel for low light shots and the second camera a straight forward Mega pixel beast of a 13 or 16 MP for well lit shots that will give that detail.
I'm just going by test shots from around the net as I still don't have "ONE" in my hands I can call my own. Hoping the reviewers just don't know what they're doing like most did with the S4 camera that needed some adjusting to set it up for the shot you were taking depending on the lighting and scene.
Full review from me coming as soon as I get my mitts on the beast, as Koodo's still staying so tight lipped about availability and price I might just bite the bullet and grab it from HTC, sorry Koodo you snooze you lose lol.

I dont know if anyone clicked on the link but the specs are for the Htc one M7 and not the Htc one M8. So im thinking they are just getting the left overs from Telus so they can make room for the M8 :(

That's because Paul posted it as an idea (along with the specs) about a year ago for the original One (2013). Koodo never followed through with the original, so they're announcing the NEW One (2014). Rest assured it's the M8.

No one knows yet and Koodo won't comment on this type of information. We'll have to wait for release or whenever Koodo decides to publicly announce such information

From the looks of the color options in the webstore for the past 2 days it looks like they will be carrying the Gun metal gray which is awesome because it's the only one that really shows the metal and really shines. Even better it looks like Kyoto is carrying the 32gb model which is so great especially with the ability to expand storage another 128gb through an SD Card :-)
Kyoto really got this one right in every way :-) Can't wait wait to have it in my hands

What is the difference between the HTC ONE and the HTC /desire 320...When will the HTC One be available to purchase on KOODO website
Photo of Ahmad

First, I'd like to point out this is almost a year old thread about the old HTC One (M8).

Here are the specs for you to compare the desire and M9:

http://www.htc.com/ca/smartphones/htc...

http://www.htc.com/us/smartphones/htc...

The HTC one is a high end smartphone, the desire is not. There is no word on when the M9 is being released exactly. You will have to keep checking the Koodo website/facebook page.
