Koodo Network not working. No calls or texts sent or received.

My Koodo network has not been working since this morning. I am using Prepaid and I can not make calls, texts and receive text messages and calls as well. I tried restarting my phone, which didn't solve the problem. I tried contacting customer service, but as mentioned before, I can not make any calls.

Your assistance would very much be appreciated.

Borrow someone else's phone and call customer service: 1-866-995-6635, option 5.

its a constant problem with Koodo.

I am on hold now, for the 4th time in 2 months with this problem. I am fed up and moving to Virgin Mobile.

Hello Koodo community. My phone can't send or receive texts and calls since Monday. Then, it comes back on for awhile at night. The next morning, I get the same problem again. I initially thought it was a phone problem, but since this issue keeps repeating itself, I believe it is a network problem. Sometimes, I get it back for an hour, then loses it again the rest of the day. Can anyone please assist me with this issue? It has been 4 days.

To add to that, I did go to a Koodo place and was going to get some assistance and as I was about to be helped, network started working again. Thinking everything was fine, I got the same issues again the next day.

Hey Eman, I recommend giving our Technical Support a call *611 Option 6. They can log a ticket to have the issue looked into further.
