Is Koodo following the most up-to-date trend in the employment market? I would like to be a Koodo customer service rep from home. I have a computer and the skills needed to do this work. Do you have openings for such postitions? Thanks for reading.

I have never heard of Koodo offering home agent positions.

Koodo's customer service and tech support are handled by a third party contracting company. This company (which I'm not naming because I'm not sure if I'm allowed) does offer home agent services, but you'll have to find out with them if it's possible for you to get hired for that service.

In Sherbrooke we have Nordia and Sykes doing subcontracted customer service. I don't know if they do business with Koodo, but I know some of their graveyard shift workers do so from home. Dunno for day and night shifts though, but graveyard do, they have ads on the radio all the time promoting working from home.
