Not only did I pay for a phone outright over 3 years ago, because I was not allowed to use my tab, I am not being told I owe $65 on said phone!

Quite litterally the worst compoany I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
May I ask why you even pay to have staff at koodo stores? I've gone to the nearest store in my area at least 10 times with different questions and issues only to be turned away and told to "go do it online" Super great stuff. Your employees must love collecting a paycheck for doing absolutely nothing but screwing your customers around. When doing it online prevails as useless as I imagined it would, I then call customer service, and you will not believe just how great the people halfway across the world are at answering my questions about my personal account! (HINT: not great!)
