When will the iPhone 5S be going on sale or down in price at Koodo, just like other carriers and the other two iPhones Koodo has on sale at the moment?

The difference between Koodo and the other carriers is that their subsidy model is based entirely on the retail price of the phone whereas the other guys rarely if ever change their retail price, they just change how much you pay upfront and possibly the tier of plan you're eligible for.

The 5S is an expensive, premium handset. Sales/deals are few and far between. Just keep an eye on the Facebook page or visit a retailer/store every once in a while to keep up to date with price changes.

I have noticed that it went on sale for $600 at Christmas time, and I noticed now that the 5C is $500; so I figured that the 5S would go on sale too.

Well Christmas is always the best time to buy a phone, that's when the best deals usually come out. You'll be waiting a while for another 5S sale.

The 5C price drop has to do something with the entry of the new 8GB 5C model! Apple usually doesn't make any discount on their items. Rare are the times they do!

I remember back in the day sometime around Christmas the pattern was the same, first the iPhone 4S dropped down to $300, then the 5C dropped down to $500, and lastly the 5S dropped down to $600.

The similar pattern seems to exist here in my opinion, since the 4S was already $300, and the 5C dropped down again to $500.

This makes me to believe that the 5S will drop down to $600 again, at least it should be since most of the other major carriers happen to be offering it at a discounted sale price, for $179 on their tab large, max, platinum, plus, whatever plan they call it that maxes at $80 per month. So Koodo should be doing the same this week too

You'll just have to wait and see since Koodo doesn't comment on these things until it actually happens.
