how can I get my bills, I am a koodo customer for more than 1 year and never received a bill

If you're prepaid, you'll never receive a bill.

If you're on postpaid, then you will have either given the person at the store your email address for an e-bill (you must register with Self Serve before you can see it) or you have a paper bill sent to the address you registered when you activated.

Hi Marieta, 1 year is a very long time! You can get the past 18 bills online via your Self Serve account. Go to http://koo.do/Ninpav and log in your account. On the main page, click on "View your bill" and select a month. The bill will be on a PDF format, which can be saved on your computer. Then, on the main page, click on "Change Bill Type" located under "E-Bill notifications are sent to:" to update the email address if it's incorrect. If you need assistance, don't hesitate to call us at *611 from your cell, option #5. Thank you!
