I've been with almost every single provider in Canada & Koodo is the only one I have never had issues with in the 3 years or so I've been with them. I've had bad experiences with every provider but one especially had me seeing "RED" due to being charged for phantom downloads of things that I had never ever downloaded or ever would download. I was the only one who ever had access to my phone so there is no way someone else could have downloaded them without my knowing either. I called and talked to someone and was told that I did download those things and I was lying. I have very good knowledge of how a phone works and I swear on my mother's life I did not download any such things. They told me I had to pay it and that there is no way it was a mistake and I can't dispute the charges. I said so what I would have to get a lawyer to dispute them and as soon as I said the word lawyer the woman on the other end of the phone said sir because you have said you will be getting a lawyer I can't talk to you further bye and hung up on me. When I called back and gave my account # they immediately said we can not talk to you call this # and bye. Needless to say I was a little worried of ever getting another cellphone again because of feeling like I could be taken advantage of with nothing to do. I reluctantly signed up with Koodo and have been extremely happy and never had any phantom charges, I'm charged for what I do and that is all. This is why I absolutely love Koodo, it's service is very upfront and easy to understand and prices are reasonable compared to others. Thank You Koodo for giving me the chance to own a smartphone again because my smartphone is my life and I use it for everything from basic Talk and Text to Gaming and email or finding info on the Web ect. It's great to not have to worry about getting ripped off with nothing to do. I love you guys ;-) - KID ANDROID. ( Team.Android.Canada).

I endorce what Kid just reported about Koodo service, I love their service and I never had any hassels that pushed me to call their CSR's, when I discovered this Community I switched from Bell one that was horrible to Koodo.

No Problem Myke, I'm always talking great about Koodo and promoting the service. I Having worry free service has given me the time to really fall in love with Android and I've even started my own facbook page to help New users of Android enjoy their devices much more by asking questions or reading articles I direct them to from all the great Android sites across the Web. Thanks again for the great service & maybe I can pay back the efforts one day (whenever I meet KOODOs requirements for a job with them) ; KID ANDROID ( TEAM.ANDROID.CANADA)
