Koodo and Vonage home phone problem.

Hi I have a iPhone 5 and 3GS. The problem is when I call any Vonage phone number, I do not get a ringback tone and I can not leave a VoiceMail. This problem occurs only between Koodo and Vonage, I tried multitude of different brands and Cell. providers with no problems?

Anybody has a good idea what this could be because I am stumped.

I have some ideas. I'm not very familiar with Vonage but I know it is a VOIP service.
The number you dial for Vonage, have you tried putting a 1 before dialing the number. I found that sometimes it does make a difference since VOIP isn't recognized as a landline but rather a floating line without a location. So it may count as a long distance number within North America. In this case we use the prefix 1 before dialing.

Hi Andrew, thanks for the response.
I tried with the 1 and no change, I get no ringback tone and no voice mail. I tried with a Bell Mobility phone and no problems!!!
