Koodo and their crappy service!

Sick and tired of the crappy service in my area! and No one has a reason for it- I cant run my business with your crappy service- I'm calling later today to drop my plan.

What's crappy about it, Vy? Reception? How is Telus/Bell where you are (Koodo shares towers with them)...
Let's see if we can troubleshoot you before you cancel... or did you really only post to announce that? :D

Could you specify where you're getting poor service? How long has it been like that? Do you know if anyone else in your area has Telus or Koodo and has the same problem?
