I am a snowbird and every winter I put my mobile phones on suspension for a small fee. OK however I had a LD addon. Even tho I can't use my phone I'm being charged $10/ mos. The sad part is... I am also unable to find a way to contact Koodo to cancel the add-on. Just try to find a LD number to call Koodo support.

Where are you? In the US?
If your account is on the seasonal hold , it's $15/month and you won't be able to use any service.   They just keep your number/account.
$10/mo charge could be your Tab charge...?   That you still have to pay even if you are on the seasonal hold.

Can you log into self serve?  You should be able to remove LD add-on from there.

I do use self serve ... but am not able to disable the LD add-on. I see the box but it does not allow me to change it's content (x)

Have you downloaded your detailed PDF ebill (from self serve) to ensure it is the LD add-on that you are being charged $10 for?

Here is excerpt from my bill...

Add-ons (Feb 07 to Mar 06) Unlimited LD service (U.S.) $10.00 Total add-ons .......................................................................................... $10.00

Note:
 Phone was put on suspension back in NOV. 
I would like these charges REFUNDED.

@Curtis,
You need to contact Koodo directly to ask for refund. As you mentioned you don't want to do facebook, can you just create a new facebook/twitter account and contact them. You could also call them using voiip apps (skype, viber...)
