Koodo left me a voice mail, asking them to call them back about important information regarding my account. They also gave me a reference number. But when i go to call them (I'm a prepaid account holder), they tell me its going to cost me $5 just to talk to someone...What should I do?
If you listen to the message it says a $5 fee MAY apply, not that it will. You are only charged fees if you want customer service to make changes that can be made through self serve. There are no fees for simply talking to a rep.
