koodo transfrer

I just transferred from Rogers to Koodo and just want to say that it was all a good,easy process. No problems either end.

The transfer was because koodo has better coverage where I live and travel.

Had a three year contract with Rogers , and transferred the day after the contract expired. Rogers gave me a credit for the balance of the month I had paid in advance. There were no unusual charges on the last bill.

A koodo affiliate did the sign up and arranged number porting. Their employee inserted the Sim card into my phone and made sure it was functioning correctly. No charge for the Sim card. Within half an hour I received a text that my number was ported successfully, and indeed it was. Has worked correctly since.

Received first bill from koodo. Charges were clear and understandable byod was correctly applied.

Lots of praise for the affiliate, koodo and even Rogers, for a well handled transfer.
